Frequently asked questions
What should I know about Meadow Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress as a first-time buyer?
This mattress uses 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex and a three-layer, customizable setup. You can tailor firmness by choosing a 3" base, 3" middle, and 3" top layer to suit your sleep needs, with dual firmness available on Queen/King sizes.
How do I set up and adjust the layering for my ideal feel?
Arrange the three latex layers (base, middle, top) to tune firmness: base and middle layers offer firm/medium/soft options, while the top layer is soft. All layers are independently wrapped for reduced motion transfer and easy rearrangement.
What materials make up this mattress and what does that mean for daily use?
It has organic cotton covers wrapped around latex layers, with organic wool for temperature regulation and natural flame retardancy. The materials support breathability and pressure relief, helping regulate temperature through different seasons.
Who is this mattress best suited for and who might prefer something else?
It’s ideal for sleepers who want a highly customizable feel and good temperature management, including those who use adjustable bases. If you prefer a single, fixed firmness or a non-customizable setup, this might feel more complex than needed.
Can this mattress work with an adjustable base or a foundation?
Yes, it is compatible with adjustable bases and can be paired with an optional hardwood foundation for added support.
What is the overall look and comfort vibe of this latex mattress?
It presents a breathable, layered latex feel with a luxurious organic cotton cover and a soft wool-quilted top for comfort and temperature control, designed to adapt to different sleeping positions and body types.
